Q: When is The Haunted Angelus open?
A: We are open during select dates from September 30th through Halloween 2016. Visit our Dates Page for more information on exact dates and hours.
While the number of visitors to The Haunted Angelus is growing each year, our lines are usually are not unbearable and flow smoothly, however the closer you get we are to Halloween the longer the lines for are on Fridays and Saturdays, so please plan accordingly .
Q: Is there a way to avoid waiting in line?
A: Sorry, unlike some of the other haunts, At the Haunted Angelus, We feel everyone is equal. First in line is the first scared.
Q: Is there a charge for parking?
A: No, parking is free, but donations to the Angelus House are always welcome. (We are a fundraiser for The Angelus.)
Q: Can I buy tickets in advance?
A: Yes. You can purchase tickets through the Haunted Angelus online tickets page. Buying tickets online will save you time at the ticket booth. After you purchase your tickets online, bring them to the “online tickets” window at the ticket booth to pick up your paper ticket.
Q: Does Haunted Angelus accept credit cards?
A: Yes,Credit cards may be used to purchase tickets both online through the Haunted Angelus online tickets page and at the gate.
Q: Does Haunted Angelus offer group rates?

Q: How do I get there?
A: Haunted Angelus is located 5 miles east of US 19 on Hudson Ave. (For complete directions, please visit our Directions Page.
Q: What is your policy regarding refunds?
A: Purchasing a ticket to Haunted Angelus is the same as purchasing a ticket to a sporting or concert event. All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any tickets or purchases. ( We will offer rain checks in the event of a Haunt closing due to bad weather)
Q: When does The Haunted Angelus close?
A: On Fridays and Saturdays we close at 12:00am and on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays ticket sales stop at 10:0pm. However, as long as you are in line, before closing time, then you will be able to get through all of our indoor and outdoor haunted house attractions before we close all of them down.
Q: Are the monsters allowed to touch you?
A: No. The monsters inside of our haunted house attractions are not allowed to touch you. However, they do get close. Occasionally, you may brush up against their costumes or props.
Q: Am I allowed to touch the monsters or props?
A: No. Do not touch the monsters, props or scenes inside of our haunted house attractions.
Q: Are there any age restrictions?
A: Haunted Angelus is a family friendly Haunt. We offer glow sticks to.
Q: Is Haunted Angleus wheelchair accessible?
A: All of the Haunted Angelus is wheelchair accessible. The outdoor haunted house attractions are also wheelchair accessible, even the Hayride, but please keep an eye out for natural hazards (soft dirt, small rocks, etc.). Please notify the box office of any special needs.
Q: Is there a lot of smoke in the haunted house attractions?
A: We do use fog and scent machines. Should you find the smoke or odors too intense, there are emergency exits throughout the haunted house attractions.
Q: Are there strobe lights?
A: Yes. Some of our attractions feature strobe lights.
Q: Can I go in if I’m pregnant?
A: Haunted Angelus is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have heart conditions or are in general poor health.
Q: Are your haunted house attractions open if it rains?
A: Our indoor attractions stay open at all times. The outdoor attractions remain open during light rain. However, during extended periods of heavy rain, the outdoor attractions may close until the rain dies down. In the event we close the outdoor haunted house attractions due to inclement weather, customers will either receive a rain check for the outdoor attractions, or will be able to go through the indoor attractions a second time.
Q: What should I wear?
A: Please dress weather appropriate. We do not recommend wearing sandals, heels, flip flops or open toed shoes through the outdoor attractions.
Q: Does Haunted Angleus have a security staff?
A: Haunted Angelus employs a fully trained security staff, to keep things running smoothly.
Q: Can we be thrown out?
A: Yes. We do not allow foul language, touching, pushing, vulgar behavior, weapons of any kind, drugs, etc.
Q: Do you serve food, drinks and alcoholic beverages?
A: Haunted Angelus sells a full complement of food, beverages.. State law does not allow customers to bring alcohol onto our property. Additionally, we do not allow entrance into our haunted house attractions if we feel that you are intoxicated.
Q: Is smoking allowed?
A: Smoking is only allowed in the parking lot, . Smoking is NOT allowed indoors, at any time and is not allowed while walking through any of our outdoor attractions.
Q: Can we take photos or video inside of your haunted house attractions?
A: No. You are not allowed to take photos or videos inside of our haunted house attractions. You are, however, allowed to take photos and in the areas outside of our haunted house attractions.
Q: What can’t we bring with us inside of your haunted house attractions?
A: You are not allowed to bring pets, food, beverages, flashlights or laser pointers. Food and beverages (including alcoholic beverages) are only allowed in and waiting lines.
Q: How old do you have to be to work at Haunted Angelus?
A: You must be at least 14 years old to volunteer at Haunted Angelus. Please contact us using our if you would like to apply to Volunteer at Haunted Angelus.
Q: Can we wear costumes and face paint?
A: Unfortunately, for security reasons, only employees of The Haunted Angelus may wear full costumes and face paint.
